Introduction to Insurance
Join the NYU Actuarial Society for our Intro to Insurance event! Whether you’re new to actuarial science or just curious about how insurance works, this session will break down the fundamentals of risk, coverage, and the role insurance plays in everyday life. We’ll also share how actuarial science connects math, business, and real-world decision-making, and ways to get involved with ACTSOC this semester.
